CNC Machinist - Experienced

Duties:

- operate CNC milling machines, boring mills and lathes

- create and modify machine programs

- perform quality checks on parts

- develop and build machining fixtures

Qualifications:

- knowledge of machining practices, tooling selection, feeds & speeds, & material properties for various metals & alloys.

- experience with quality control processes, part inspection, & documentation of measurements or deviations.

- strong ability to read & interpret technical drawings, blueprints, & work instructions.

- proficiency in setting up & operating CNC machining equipment. (e.g., mills, lathes, drills)

- abiltity to operate CAD software and programming an asset

- must have own vehicle

CNC Machinist -Entry Level

Duties:

- operate CNC milling machines, boring mills and lathes

- modify machine programs

- perform quality checks on parts

Qualifications:

- basic knowledge of machining practices and measuring tools

- able to understand and read technical drawings

- comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

- must have own vehicle

General Labourer

Duties:

- saw cut material

- grinding and other clean up of welded assemblies

- deburr, drill and tap parts

- shop organization and clean up

- load and unload trucks 

Qualifications:

- comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

- ability to operate forklift and overhead cranes

- proven experience with operating hand tools and shop equipment

- must have own vehicle
